Preheat oven to 180C.
Mix the nuts and breadcrumbns in a bowl.
In a frying pan, add a little oil and fry the onion until soft.
Once the onion has cooled slightly, add it to the nut mixture.
Place the eggs in a separate bowl and beat slightly.
Add the marmite, cheese and herbs to the eggs and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture in with the dry ingredients and mix.
Shape the mixture into a log and place on a baking tray.
Roast in the oven for 30-45 minutes until it turns a deep brown.
Remove from the oven, allow to rest for 10 minutes and then serve.
