Rosemary & Garlic Soda Bread

30g Butter2 Cloves of Garlic250g Plain Flour11 Tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda1 tsp Fresh Rosemary200ml ButtermilkDirections:
  1. Preheat oven to 180 oc
  2. Crush the garlic and mix in with the butter
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt
  4. Add the garlic butter and buttermilk and mix until you form a dough
  5. Mix in the rosemary
  6. Shape into a ball and cut a cross 3/4 deep into the dough and place on a baking tray
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until browned
