Pizza Sauce

  1. Chop the onion, crush the garlic and grate the celery. Fry in a pan using a little oil until onion is soft.
  2. Add Passata and Tomato Puree, continue to cook over a medium heat.
  3. Add the sugar, herbs and salt and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
  4. When you're ready to use it, spread over a pizza base and top with cheese.
